document.writeln("     following these simple rules assures maximum enjoyment for all.")

document.writeln("     1. (Terminal Mode Users) Use the [G]oodbye command from the main menu ")
document.writeln("     when you get ready to log off. This assures that all files are closed ")
document.writeln("     before you log off, and helps to prevent system lockups and database ")
document.writeln("     corruption.  While these problems are VERY unlikely to be caused by ")
document.writeln("     disconnected phone lines and dropped carriers under Wildcat 5, online ")
document.writeln("     etiquette dictates that the [G]oodbye command be used instead of ")
document.writeln("     simply hanging up. (Sort of like when you talk to someone on the ")
document.writeln("     phone.)")

document.writeln("     2. DO NOT upload commercial software or any files that are not public")
document.writeln("     domain, freeware or shareware. DO NOT upload any files unless they ")
document.writeln("     include a license to Fanciful to redistribute such files. (This")
document.writeln("     includes files uploaded as attachments to messages, unless you are the")
document.writeln("     author of such files and agree to hold Fanciful online and its sysops")
document.writeln("     harmless for any violation of your rights that may occur as a result of")
document.writeln("     such file being uploaded to Fanciful, including public disclosure of ")
document.writeln("     the contents of such file, copyrights violations, or the like whether")
document.writeln("     they are intentional or unintentional.)")
